Oxford and harrison says 100-600 ml /24 hrs
Golwala and Washington mannual >600 ml /24 hrs
Our Algappam says >500 ml /day
>150 ml/hr
>300 ml for 3 days or more
As per Murray and Nadel-200-600ml/day
As per fishman : any amount which is lifethreatening and require immediate evaluation and treatment is massive hemoptysis.
